1st visit here at The Apex, we have encountered not a single friendly nor welcoming worker/cashier. Went straight to the Go Kart room with the intention of paying and riding the Go Karts. In the Go Kart room was just 2 workers while they chat away, we stood in front of the workers in silence reading the monitor to get more info and discovered ourselves that there are time slots that we can sign up for. For the silent akward moment while standing in front of the workers eyes, not one single time did they say "hello" or "hi, any questions, please let me know." BUT as soon as 2 guys that came in, one worker greeted them, "hi, are you guys here to get on the Go Karts?" 😦😒 I firmly believed that we were being discriminated by these workers. The Go Kart experience here was pretty lame, not even 6 minutes of ride time and they often slow our Go karts down in between the very not long 5 minutes even though we were not the reckless ones. You do have to admit that $35 for 5 minute for 1 Go Kart ride is pretty lame. The arcade was super small and not a lot of games to choose from. We did went to the Koto Buffet after which my family enjoyed BUT definitely will NOT be going back to The Apex.

Loved and disliked my experience at Redhawk. Ate at Koto Buffet, had a party for 8 at Apex, and surprised my guy with a room that night for his birthday. Koto Buffet Staff seemed tired. They were very accommodating for my party of 8. But the food wasn't as good as it usually is. The crab legs tasted like everything else. I should've just ordered from Apex. I would've saved so much. And the pizza was better there Apex The staff that took care of us were awesome, funny, attentive and so patient with my kids. They made my night relaxing and easy. They came and asked if we needed anything every 10 - 15 mins. I loved that we had our own private race time. My daughter had a hard time steering. So to make it so she wasn't last. I stayed behind and cheered her on. The staff tried to let me know I could go around her. But eventually they realized. I also have to add the operator instructions given when using the VR rides. Are perfect! She was enthusiastic, funny, and made my son able to stay focused when listening. Hes autistic so sometimes he wanders I was not expecting to receive the service I did from every one at Apex. I hope the Apex team can keep up their positive energy. The way the team handled my party, is a very rare experience. Even the way Jessica the Apex party plalnner treated me made it so easy and pleasant. Changing the time at one point, then the date. Thank you. We found our party spot! I look forward to booking a party with them again soon. Redhawk hotel Hotel staff were so on it. The black roses were waiting for him on the bed. Loved my room the floor to ceilings windows gave such beautiful view. Watched the night sky dance til I fell asleep. We watched geese fly in the trees in the morning. Definitely will do that again
