By using The Pinball Emporium website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Hours, machine lists and other details come from Google, venue operators, other players and our own research, and they change often. Machines break, get moved and get swapped out. Call ahead before you make a special trip. We do our best, but we can't guarantee anything on the site is accurate or current.
When you post check-ins, condition reports, photos or venue submissions, you confirm they're yours to share and accurate as far as you know. You keep ownership. You give The Pinball Emporium a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to show, store, edit and use them to run and improve the site, including showing check-in photos publicly. We can remove anything at any time.
Don't:
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Stamps, rankings and leaderboards are just for fun and have no cash value. There are no prizes unless an event's own rules say otherwise.
Links to venues, Match Play Events and other sites are provided as a convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, The Pinball Emporium isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it, including a wasted trip to a closed venue or a broken machine.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
