In my opinion, the basketball program there needs a lot of improvement. Parents are paying a high monthly fee, but the quality of the basketball training does not seem to match the price.
The training needs more energy, speed, intensity, and proper skill development. Basketball is not just about showing up for practice. The coaches should push the kids, teach them the right skills, and help them become more confident and disciplined players.
I am also concerned that some coaches spend too much time on their phones , Phone, cellphone cellphone celphone cellphone during practice instead of giving their full attention to the players. Coaches should be active, focused, and involved with the kids.
The management also needs to take a serious look at the program. Good leadership and good coaching are important if you want to build a strong basketball team and earn the trust of parents.
The kids deserve better. Parents are spending their money and, more importantly, their children are spending their valuable time there. They should receive quality training that will truly help them improve.
I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes. The goal should always be to help the kids become better basketball players and enjoy the game.

Previous reviews are correct. The gym and complex are great with great employees; however the shoot 360 is very poorly managed. The guys running it are not helpful and have huge egos. If your not using there “trainer” services ( which no one should do because these guys are not real trainers) they treat you like nothing. Didn’t even teach us how to set up the basketball catching/passing machine, nor offer to help set it up. Just a super unprofessional environment, spend your hard earned money on training camps and a real trainer. This isn’t it.
