​I am beyond furious with the absolute lack of operational oversight at Great Notion. ​Their website explicitly stated they were open for order pickups this weekend. Not only did the system allow me to place an order for pickup TODAY, but it also happily processed my payment and took my money. After driving an hour and a half (a three-hour round trip), I arrived to find the doors locked and a sign stating they are now closed on weekends. ​How does a business allow customers to place and pay for real-time weekend orders at a location that is completely shuttered on weekends? This isn’t just a minor oversight or "outdated hours" on a third-party app—this is a massive failure of your own internal e-commerce system actively taking money for a service you cannot fulfill. ​I wasted half my day and a tank of gas due to this negligence. I expect a prompt response from management, an immediate refund, and a massive overhaul of your online ordering system so you stop scamming other people out of their time and money. Absolutely ridiculous.
