Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The bathroom needed some re-grouting (caulking?) around the toilet. The pillows were a bit too firm for our tastes. Room service was great! The location is Reno/Sparks and we had a great tour of the city’s Burning Man art collection! Highly recommended. I want to give a special shoutout to Jhon at the valet desk. He gave us a ride to the Amtrak station from the Sparks Nugget Hotel. We were going to call a taxi, but he offered to take us in his SUV for a lot less. Much more convenient, and he was very patient and helpful with my wife and her walker. Thanks, Jhon!

Nice size rooms, clean. When there was an issue they immediately or at my convenience fixed the problem 100%. View is spectacular from almost anywhere. And the pool is very large and warm. Not open very late but none of them are. The gym is also very large and has more than im ever going to use on vacation. The arcade is not expensive and the kids won prizes so we all get to be winers!
